These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of leadstonedm.com and the services offered by Leadstone Digital Marketing, LLC (“Leadstone,” “we,” “us”), located at 1505 Dennis St, Jacksonville, FL 32204. By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Leadstone Digital Marketing, LLC was formerly named Leadstone Media, LLC. The company and its obligations under these Terms are unchanged.
Our services
Leadstone provides digital marketing, lead-generation, and related automation and revenue-reporting services for businesses, including search, website, lead-response, and paid advertising services. Specific services, deliverables, and fees for clients are defined in a separate written agreement between Leadstone and the client.
Messaging terms (SMS program)
By opting in to text messages from Leadstone Digital Marketing, LLC, you agree to the following:
- You may receive text messages from us related to your inquiry (non-marketing) and/or, with separate consent, marketing and promotional messages.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us to opt out of messages from that number, or reply HELP for help. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages unless you re-subscribe.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
No guarantees
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside any provider’s control. Unless expressly stated in a signed client agreement, we do not guarantee specific results, including lead volumes, appointments, sales, or revenue. Free resources such as audits, scorecards, and plans are provided for informational purposes.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and videos — is the property of Leadstone Digital Marketing, LLC, Ventidos Holding, LLC, or their licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit our forms, or opt in to our messaging programs. Our services are offered to businesses and are not directed to minors.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadstone Digital Marketing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability related to use of the website shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
