What it is

What exactly do you do?

Four things: get you found in search, turn the visit into a conversation, answer and book every enquiry that arrives, and run paid demand once the first three are working.

Underneath all of it is the part most agencies skip — a monthly Growth & Revenue Audit that reconciles what came in against what actually got booked and paid, read from your own call logs, CRM and calendar.

Which of the four you buy is decided by that audit, not by a menu.

Is this an AI receptionist?

No, and it is worth being precise about this: we do not answer your phone. Our response system is text message and email only.

When a call comes in and nobody picks up, we send a text back within seconds so the enquiry doesn’t go to your competitor while you’re on a roof. From there the conversation happens by text — qualify, answer questions, put it on the calendar.

If what you want is something that picks up the phone and talks, that is a different product and we don’t sell it.

Do you replace my CRM or field service software?

No. Your platform stays the system of record for customers, jobs, dispatch and invoicing. We handle the layer in front of it — response, qualification and booking — and we don’t overwrite your operational truth.

Whether we integrate with your specific platform depends on the platform. Ask directly and we’ll tell you whether it’s supported or whether it needs paid discovery first. We won’t claim an integration works before we’ve tested it.

Do you sell leads?

No. We don’t buy, sell, resell or broker leads, and we don’t send outreach to purchased or rented lists under any circumstances.

The first thing we do is recover demand you are already generating. Paid advertising comes after that, when the audit shows demand is genuinely the constraint.

Fit

Who is this actually for?

Owner-run businesses that already generate inbound enquiries, have capacity to take on more work, and can tell us whether a job was booked and collected.

You’ll also need to be willing to share baseline data and name a human escalation contact. If we can’t measure the outcome, we can’t report on it, and reporting is the product.

Who is it not for?

We’ll tell you if any of these apply, and the audit checks most of them automatically:

  • Very low inbound volume — there is nothing to recover
  • No available capacity, or already booked out too far
  • No way to track booked and completed jobs
  • Unwilling to provide baseline data
  • Wants guaranteed sales or guaranteed rankings
  • Wants outreach to purchased or unverified lists

If you’re in one of these categories, the audit gives you a corrective checklist instead of a pitch. Come back when it’s fixed.

What if I’m already booked out?

Then this is the wrong time. Booking more work into a schedule that can’t absorb it makes the customer experience worse, not better.

The audit flags this and will tell you so. Capacity first, then volume.

What industries do you work with?

Home and professional services mostly — trades, clinics, firms, dealerships. The common requirement is repeat custom and a real inbound phone.

Qualifying questions, compliance and booking rules differ by trade, so the first conversation covers whether yours is a good fit. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you.

Pricing & terms

How much does it cost?

Two published starting points. The 30-Day Revenue Recovery Sprint is $1,997, one time, no retainer. Ongoing revenue systems start at $1,399 a month plus a one-time setup fee.

Most people start with the Sprint, because it is the cheapest way to find out whether we are any good.

Why don’t you publish a full price list?

Because the honest answer depends on what the audit finds, and half the time it is less than people expect.

We publish where pricing starts so you can rule us out without a call. What we won’t do is print a tier table that makes you buy a bundle you don’t need.

Is there a contract?

The Sprint is 30 days and does not renew. There is nothing to cancel.

Ongoing work runs 90 days to start, then month-to-month on 30 days’ written notice. The initial term exists because the build is front-loaded and one month doesn’t produce data either of us can trust.

Do you guarantee results?

Not in general, and nobody honestly can. We control response speed, follow-up and booking. We don’t control your close rate, your pricing, your technicians or your market.

The one exception is written down: on the Sprint, if response time isn’t under 60 seconds and no job is booked from the reactivation campaign by day 30, the fee is refunded. That is a promise about our work, not about your market.

We do not guarantee revenue, appointments, close rates, search rankings, or return on investment, and you’ll find that stated in our Terms.

Who pays for advertising?

You do, directly to Google or Meta. Media spend never routes through us.

You own the ad accounts and keep the history. If you leave, the accounts and everything in them stay yours.

What do text messages and email cost me?

They bill on your own account, at cost, direct from the provider. We don’t mark them up and we don’t bill you overage.

There is no minute allowance to run out of, because there are no minutes — we don’t place calls.

What’s the founding-client arrangement?

Our first three clients get 50% off implementation at full monthly price.

In exchange you supply baseline data and ongoing booked-and-collected outcomes, and you approve a written case study afterwards. Any public review is requested separately and is never compensated.

We don’t waive implementation entirely, and we don’t discount in exchange for a review. Both are things we’ve decided not to do.

Getting live

How long does it take?

The audit takes about 10 business days from the point we have access. A Sprint runs 30 days from launch.

Text messaging launch depends on carrier registration, which is outside our control and can take longer than anyone would like. We don’t promise a launch date before the dependencies are verified — a date we can’t hold is worse than no date.

How much of my time does it take?

Commonly two to four hours in total, across intake, testing, approvals and training.

Most of that is one intake session where we capture your services, area, hours and escalation contacts, and one review session where you test the message flows and approve the wording.

What happens before it goes live?

You test it and you approve it in writing. Nothing launches without your sign-off.

We then watch the account daily for the first five business days, weekly for the following three weeks, and monthly after that on a standing schedule.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your existing number stays yours, and we never port it without being asked. We’ll explain exactly how calls route before anything changes.

Safety & compliance

What happens if someone has an emergency?

Because we don’t answer calls, an emergency caller reaches your own line and your own people, exactly as they do today. We don’t sit between a person in danger and your phone.

Where a text conversation raises fire, smoke, a suspected gas leak, a carbon-monoxide alarm, electrical arcing or any immediate threat to life, the system is built and tested to direct the person to 911 or the applicable utility emergency line, notify your approved escalation contact, and stop ordinary qualification. It does not diagnose, and it is tested never to tell someone a condition is safe.

Every client approves their own escalation rules in writing before launch. It is the one part of the build we won’t let anyone skip.

Can I get in trouble for texting my customers?

Texting customers is lawful when it’s done with proper consent, and that’s the only way we’ll run a campaign. Compliance reduces your risk; nothing eliminates it, and we’re not your attorney.

Every account gets carrier registration before anything sends, express written consent at every capture point, enforced quiet hours in the recipient’s local time, automatic STOP and HELP handling, and do-not-call scrubbing before any reactivation campaign.

For legal advice specific to your business, talk to your own attorney.

Will you text my old customer list?

Only where there’s documented consent, after a do-not-call scrub, during permitted sending hours, and with a human approving the send.

If your list doesn’t meet that bar we’ll tell you and we won’t send. The exposure lands on your business as well as ours, and neither of us wants it.

Are calls recorded?

No. We don’t place or answer calls, so there is nothing to record.

Text and email threads are retained so you can audit what was said on your behalf. You can read every one.

Your data

Who owns my customer data?

You do. Contacts, consent records, conversations, your configuration and your performance metrics are all yours. We’re custodian, not owner.

What stays ours is the system itself — the automation architecture, scoring logic and templates. You get your data and your settings, not the machine that ran on them.

Would you ever sell my data?

No. Not to anyone, not to a competitor of yours, not after you leave, not under any circumstance.

We also won’t use one client’s data to market to, or on behalf of, another.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You get a full export at no charge: contacts with all fields, consent records with timestamps, conversation history, appointment history, performance metrics, and a readable copy of your configuration. Standard machine-readable format, no proprietary container.

Then we delete it within the retention window set out in your agreement and confirm the deletion in writing.

We won’t withhold your data for any reason, including a billing dispute.

About us

Do you have case studies?

No, and we’re not going to invent any. We’re early, and we’re taking three founding clients at reduced implementation specifically to build documented results.

What we can show you is the system running on our own business. The audit you requested, the response you got, the booking flow — that’s our product, working, on us. Judge it before you buy it.

Who will I actually be dealing with?

Julio Velez. I built the scoring behind the audit and I run the installs. If we talk, you’re talking to me — not a rep.

Repetitive work is automated and some production is handled by a small team. Anything that reaches your customers is reviewed by a person before it sends.

What don’t you do?

Worth knowing before you ask:

  • Custom software or app development
  • Running ad spend on our card
  • Replacing your field service platform or CRM
  • Buying, selling or brokering leads
  • Any outreach to purchased, rented or scraped lists
  • Answering your phone — our response system is text and email only
  • Anything involving protected health information
  • Guaranteed rankings, guaranteed revenue, or guaranteed close rates

If you need one of these, we’ll say so rather than stretching to fit.

What if the audit finds nothing?

Then we tell you that and send you away with the playbook. An audit that always finds a problem is a sales tool, not a measurement.
